This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written in plain English on purpose.
If you fill in a form or book a call, we collect the details you type in — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the city or business you work in. If you call or email us, we keep that correspondence.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your Social Security number, bank or card details, or any other financial account information through this website.
So that we can contact you about the conversation you asked for. That is the whole reason. We use it to arrange and hold the call, and to follow up afterwards if you would like us to.
Our own team, and the software we use to run the business — a calendar booking tool, an email provider, a phone system, and a customer records system. Those providers process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Calls to and from our business numbers are recorded. This is used for training and quality, and you will be told at the start of any call.
For as long as we are in contact, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. One email is enough and there is no process to go through.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the Act. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing us, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
